Orders can be cancelled any time before they are dispatched.
After Dispatch
Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

Cancellation Terms
- Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched from our facility.
- Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
- To cancel, contact us as soon as possible at support@saysaw.in with your order number.
- If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, any applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method.
- For damaged, leaked, or wrong products after delivery, please see our Returns & Replacement policy instead.
