Orders
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email. You can also view your order status in your account under "Orders".
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that, the order enters processing and cannot be changed. Please contact support immediately if you need to make a change.
My order arrived damaged — what do I do?
Please take photos of the damaged item and packaging, then contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Orders within Chennai are usually delivered within 3 days. Outside Chennai, delivery usually takes up to 5 days. See our Shipping page for full details.
Which areas do you deliver to?
We currently deliver across India. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and the courier.
Is free shipping available?
Orders over ₹0 ship free. Below that, a flat ₹0 shipping fee applies.
Returns & Replacements
What is your return policy?
Replacement is available only for damaged, leaked, or wrong products. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or a video. Opened or used products are not eligible unless they were damaged during delivery.
How do I request a replacement?
Email support@saysaw.in within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photo/video proof. We will verify and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.
When will I get a refund?
Refunds are issued only if a refund is approved for an eligible case. Once approved, the refund is processed to your original payment method.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets via Razorpay.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are encrypted with 256-bit SSL. We never store your full card details on our servers.
How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes.
